Why not hire my own 3D animation resource?
You certainly can however, research has shown that the cost for an in-house design resource will most likely exceed $120K (plus benefits). It’s difficult to scale up and down with an in-house design resource.
How do I make requests?
DigiViz3D offers a log of flexibility in how you request 3D assets using Trello. The tool will allow you to link to outside docs such as Google docs, or other ways of communicating the project. Often, you will put a link to CAD files and other assets required to complete the project
Who is doing the design work?
DigiViz3D is a 3D design agency of one. You will work directly with me, the founder of DigiViz3D. However, there are some requests that I may pull in trusted partner designers.
What is the turnaround time?
Most designs will be completed in 2-3 days on average. However, more complex requests may take longer. We will typically provide requent updates to show progression of the design.
What does "one task at a time" mean?
With the “one task at a time” feature, you have flexibility to add an unlmited number of requests to your queue. However, the “Active Request Queue” can only have one task in it at a time. You do have the freedom to reprioritize tasks and swap out an active task with another more pressing task.
Can I still do per project pricing?
Absolutely! We can do that either with or without a subscription. On larger more complicated animation projects, it might make more sense to do it that way?
What if I only have a single request?
No problem, you can pause your membership and come back when you have more requests.
What about larger animation jobs?
In some cases it may make sense to take a larger job outside of the subscription service. Items such as larger, multi-feature, full length animations will be handled as a stand alone / separate project. We can evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
What if I decide I no longer want the monthly subscription?
This is perfectly fine, you can pause your subscription at any time. When you pause, you’ll finish out the remainder of the month and will not be charged for any of the following months. All of your projects will stay in the board
Do you do refunds?
The way this process is set-up, we do not offer refunds. If you’d like to pause or cancel your service, you can at anytime. You can use the service for the remainder of that month.
